At Aguamala Swim, we want to make sure our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our shipping process for orders placed on aguamalaswim.com (the "Site").

  1. Shipping Methods We currently offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the package during checkout. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

  2. Processing Time All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  3. Shipping Time After processing, orders will be shipped via the selected shipping method. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and may be affected by external factors such as weather and shipping carrier delays.

  4. Order Tracking Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email address provided during checkout. Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided.

  5. International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

  6. Address Changes Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the customer to obtain the correct information and reship the package at the customer's expense.

  7. Delivery Issues If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact us at info@aguamalaswim.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  8. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout and is non-refundable.
